Are you the proud owner of an Artesia lot?  Did you buy the lot with the intentions to eventually retire and build your home?  Or, did you buy it as an investment?  Regardless of the reason for the purchase, you do have the responsibility of maintaining the property.

We've mentioned in our previous newsletters that weeds are our #1 problem; and, empty lots are the main contributors to this violation.  With that being said, the Association highly receommends that you:
  • Make an effort to meet your neighbors the next time that you are in Pahrump.  They may be able to contact you and advise you when weeds are beginning to take hold on your property.
  • If you have friends or relatives in the area, you may want to ask them to periodically check your property.
  • You may also want to consider hiring someone who can periodically clear your lot.  Bear in mind that all lots should be watered down after the weeds are cleared so that a crust can be allowed to form thereby reducing dust blowing everywhere.
