Trash pick-up service is provided by Pahrump Valley Disposal. They are located at 1410 E Mesquite Ave and can be reached at 775-727-5777. The latest amendment to the CC&R's require that all owners and tenants contract with the local disposal company to obtain the weekly service.
Pahrump Valley Disposal will provide you with a 30 gallon rolling container. Trash pick-up for Artesia is on Friday. You may set your trash can out on Thursday evening and must retrieve your container when you return home on Friday evening. If you are going to be away for the weekend and are unable to retrieve your trash container, we recommend that you ask a neighbor or a friend to please retrieve your trash can and place it in an approved location.

The Association is requesting that all owners contact the office once trash service has been established. This is especially true if your property is a rental property since service is always discontinued when a renter moves out and the new renter must re-establish the service.
