The Artesia CC&R's allow you to post "For Sale" or "For Rent" signs as long as they are no larger than two-and-a-half feet (30 inches) by two feet (24 inches).
You are not allowed to post any billboards, signs or advertising of any kind. While you may be very proud of the landscaper that completed your beautiful yard or the pool company that is installing your pool, you are not allowed to advertise their companies.
You may post a political sign on your property. However, is must follow the size guidelines and should be removed immediately following the election. If your candidate was lucky enough to make it past the primary election, we request that you remove the sign and again post it a month before the final election.
