The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R's) of the Artesia Owners Association established the Architectural Control Committee and empowered it to create and apply reasonable enforcement guidelines for the community. At closing of escrow, each owner signed a document stating that they have read the governing documents, understand them and agree to abide by them.
The Architectural Control Committee is appointed by the Board and is charged with the task of maintaining the standards which protect the style, aesthetics, and property value of each home and the entire Artesia Community.
No Improvement without Approval . . .
Home construction and all exterior alterations must be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) for approval. The list of projects that must be approved include, but are not limited to the following:
