If your property does not currently have a fence, you must get approval from the ACC before you begin your construction.

The owners recently approved a revision to the CC&R's which mandate that "All new fences shall be constructed of concrete blocks."  Once you've decided to install a fence and have chosen the contractor, you both need to locate your property pins in order to determine where your property lines are located.  This is especially true of those lots whose property lines are not perfectly straight and may include a curve.  You want to be certain that the fence does not create a legal problem between you and your neighbor if your fence should ultimately encroach on your neighbor's property.

The following options are available to you when deciding where to place your fence:

   1. You may place the fence entirely on your property.
   2. You may place your fence on the property line thereby sharing the fence with your neighbor.
   3. You may attach one side of your wall to an existing wall.

You will need to come to an agreement with your neighbor if you decide on either options two or three.  Both you and your neighbor must sign the Fence Form that needs to be submitted to the ACC.

Side yard and rear yard fences may be up to six (6) feet high and must not extend past the front face of the house.  You are allowed to connect the fence to your house.

Remember...
     No construction without prior approval!
Please notify the ACC when your project is completed.
