The Artesia Board of Directors is elected by the owners of Artesia. The Board consists of five owners who are elected to serve for two years. In order to have some continuity from year to year, we have a staggered period of service. The following are the terms of office for the current Board:

The Board of Directors meets on the first Wednesday of every other month beginning in January. The meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. in the Artesia Community Center.
Meetings are open to all owners; however, owners may only address the Board during the Open Forum. Owners are allowed a total of three (3) minutes to express their comments and concerns. While the owners may address specific issues, the Board can take no action on any item presented by owners that is not included in the evening's agenda. The only exception to this rule is an emergency item as defined in NRS 116. Items brought forward by the owners may be considered and added to the next scheduled meeting's agenda. |
